TERMS OF USE
These Terms set out the general conditions governing use of the AXA Life Europe website located at www.axa-lifeeurope.com (the "Site"). Please read the Terms carefully before using the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to abide by them. The Terms are a contractual commitment between you and AXA. If you do not agree to the Terms, you must not use the Site.

USE OF THE SITE
You agree not to use the Site other than as permitted by the Terms and not to misuse the content and functionality of the Site. You agree to refrain from any use of the Site which would:
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
AXA is the owner
or the licensee of all intellectual property rights, worldwide, in the Site including, but not limited to, the layout, design and structure of the Site; the brand names and logos featured on the Site; and content and material published or made on the Site. All such rights are reserved. You may print off one copy and download extracts of content and material from the Site for your personal use or to draw the attention of others within your organisation to content and material on the Site. You must not modify your copies of content or material taken from the Site in any way and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from their accompanying text. AXA's status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on the Site must always be acknowledged. You must not use any part of the content or material on the Site for any other purpose without obtaining prior written consent from AXA. If you print off, copy or download any part of the Site in breach of these Terms, your right to use the Site will cease immediately and you must, at AXA's option, return or destroy any copies of the content or materials from the Site which you have made.
NO RELIANCE ON WEBSITE CONTENT
The content available on the Site is available to you for information only. AXA makes no representations, warranties, undertakings or guarantees as to the content's accuracy, comprehensiveness or reliability and will not be liable for any reliance placed on the Site's content or materials by you. AXA accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for any loss or damage (be it direct, indirect or consequential) whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with the use of the Site's content or materials; You are solely responsible for the consequences of your use of the Site's content and materials. AXA assumes no responsibility for the content of websites linked on the Site. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by AXA of those linked websites. AXA will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
VIRUSES AND HACKING
AXA does not warrant, represent, undertake or guarantee that the Site or content or material available on the Site are free from any virus, Trojan horses, worms or any other computer programs that may infect your computer equipment computer programs, data or other proprietary material (collectively "Viruses") due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any content or material on it, or on any website linked to it. AXA will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by Viruses. You are solely responsible for protecting your computer from Viruses, including when you use the Site. You agree not to: misuse the Site by knowingly introducing Viruses. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. Attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. By breaching this provision, you are likely to commit a criminal offence. AXA will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.

GOVERNING LAW
The Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. The Irish courts will have jurisdiction over any claims, actions, complaints or proceedings regarding the access and use of the Site. AXA retains the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of the Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
DEFINITIONS
"AXA" refers to the editor of the Site, AXA Life Europe dac, trading as AXA Life Invest and any AXA Group subsidiary worldwide including in particular AXA Life Europe dac, and AXA Technology Services SAS.
